OUR GOAL

We match buyers with their dream home and provide an attractive opportunity for sellers through My Off Market. We give both buyers and sellers opportunities to make missed connections within the complex real estate market. For both parties, the purchase and sale of a home is a major life event. We guide and connect buyers and sellers, resulting in the best possible pre-market match! We are able to achieve this by providing sellers with prequalified, serious buyers.

For sellers, we offer a complimentary platform to sell their home securely off market. My Off Market is a preliminary step that may facilitate both sellers and buyers to secure a home sale, instead of engaging in the traditional real estate market. Our platform increases probabilities for both sellers and buyers, providing an alternative to traditional real estate transactions, which will save both buyers and sellers time, money, and resources.

Privacy

Your privacy is our top priority, so we make sure that your contact information is securely stored. It is never sold or shared with third parties. Through our property matching platform, you no longer have to worry about getting unwanted cold calls from various REALTORS® or lenders. Our website allows you to create a secure and anonymous profile where you can discreetly input your real estate goals. We will then connect you with a buyer or seller based on your criteria. You can trust that we will only contact you when we find a true potential match.

Would We Do For Sellers

Sellers will be able to create a profile of their home. They can upload photos and general home information, showcasing it without the pressure of a standard listing and without contracts or upfront costs. Buyers will be able to browse the listings and request a showing if they are interested in a seller’s property.   

 

We achieve this by providing sellers with prequalified serious buyers to streamline home sales prior to participating in the traditional real estate marketplace. Even in a sellers’ market, working with My Off Market will save sellers time and money. This may include avoiding costly staging fees and saving your time taken up by open houses, showings, offer periods, and fielding multiple offers. We encourage sellers to offer transparent pricing, which guarantees them the sale price they desire, all while allowing buyers to save time and money. 

 

If a seller does decide to take their home to the market with a standard listing, we will ask them to delist their home from My Off Market. This platform is designed for off market listings only. 

Would We Do For Buyers

Buyers can create a profile of their dream home. This allows sellers to see if there are buyers looking in their neighborhood for a home. Sellers will be able to let buyers know their home may be a match by pushing the my home match button. Of course, buyers will be able to search My Off Market listings and request showings. 

Buyers are encouraged to keep working with their realtor if they already have one. We have an area for their agent’s information. 

For many buyers, it’s hard to find just the right home when they are ready to buy. There are many missed opportunities because the buyers and sellers do not know about each other. Much of the home searching process is dependent on what is currently on the market. Our platform is designed to increase the chances of finding that perfect property that you didn’t even know was an option because it’s off-market.

We recommend that all buyers get pre-qualified to save both parties time. We can connect you to qualified mortgage brokers if you need a referral.

After A Match Is Made

step one

After a match is identified, we will contact both buyer and seller. Buyers will be asked to get prequalified with a lender, and sellers will be asked to verify ownership of the property. At this point, the process will resemble the standard procedure for buyers and sellers working with Realtors®.

Step Two

Should both buyer and seller want to explore a potential match or set up a showing of the home, we will facilitate a meeting with a licensed local realtor, hand-picked from our team at Von Trapp Estates via Keller Williams Realty.

Step three

After a successful match has been made and both parties decide to move forward, we draft up the contracts and start escrow. It is at this stage that standard realtor fees will be applied and are negotiable on a case-by-case basis, which are only due at the close of escrow.

Our Future

While we beta test our platform, it is a free site for buyers and sellers. We have plans to make My Off Market a subscription based and private site for our buyers and sellers which will grow to be more in-depth with advanced matching analytics.
